The BTS facility for the fashion chain H&M was the first project in the developer's portfolio to feature environment- friendly solutions on a wide scale.
Solar panels are installed on the roof, and used to heat water; the modern structure used in the warehouse hall lets in daylight, Which makes for daytime energy savings. The building is equipped with a rainwater harvesting system, and materials such as PVC or polystyrene foam were not used in the construction.
The project lies 13 kilometres from Poznań, nearthe A2 motorway.
