Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, will increase the supply of warehouse space in Silesia, the key industrial hub of Central and Eastern Europe. The developer has just bought land for its new investment – Panattoni Park Czeladź III. The construction of the 68,000-square-metre complex will commence this quarter, creating new jobs in the region.

Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial developer in Europe, has delivered a modern logistics facility for DB Schenker in line with the principles of sustainable development. The 9,300-square-metre project was built in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska. The solutions employed in the facility will help cut energy consumption by more than half and reduce CO2 emissions by 230 tons a year compared to conventional projects. The facility will be certified under BREEAM In-Use with a Very Good rating.

The developer has launched a new project, Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III, with close to 68,500 sqm – the largest investment project in the Podbeskidzie region. The complex has already secured its first tenants, including Seifert Logistics Group (7,500 sqm) and an interior design company (3,600 sqm), who will be able to move into the facility in Spring 2019.
