Panattoni Europe comes out top among ten contestants! The jury of this year’s edition of the prestigious CEE Quality Awards (CEEQA) 2016 decided to award the company its fourth Industrial Developer of the Year title. The awards ceremony took place on 12 April 2016 at the SOHO Factory and was attended by more than 700 people from 50 countries.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is developing a manufacturing facility for Johnson Electric ─ a global leader in motion products and control systems. The 9,600 sqm investment is under development in Będzin and the company will be able to launch production there as early as the coming September. The contract was brokered by the international advisory firm Colliers International.

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in industrial property, is to build a manufacturing facility for the Norwegian automotive group, Kongsberg Automotive. Panattoni Europe, leading developer of industrial space in Poland, has completed the construction of a logistics centre for the Transgourmet holding company, the owner of e.g. Selgros Cash&Carry chain. The 10,200 sqm investment was commissioned by Transgourmet Polska Sp. z o.o. and built in Ożarów Mazowiecki. Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial property market, has completed the construction of the first European brilliant factory for GE Energy Management. The facility totalling more than 45,000 sqm is situated in Bielsko-Biała and has taken nine months to build.
