Panattoni Europe is to develop a new logistics facility for the 21sportsgroup in Ketsch, a municipality in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. The 21sportsgroup, a multi-channel sport outfitters company which successfully operates throughout Europe, will be the long-term tenant.

On 29th March 2017, a groundbreaking ceremony took place to mark the beginning of construction work on the first new manufacturing facility in Europe in the more than 100-year history of Firestone Building Products. Panattoni Europe, a leading project developer of commercial and logistics real estate, experienced a sustained high level of demand in 2016, implementing a large number of new projects. The company, whose main office is in California, has so far developed a total of 4.5 million square metres of logistics space in Europe.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is developing a fifth logistics centre for Amazon. The new facility featuring 135,000 sqm is being built in Sosnowiec in the region of Upper Silesia. Completion of the project is planned for October 2017.

Panattoni Europe develops a logistics property on approx. 13,000 sq m and invests about 9 million euros. Completion and first-time operation are scheduled for the second quarter of 2017.

Firestone Building Products establishing first European insulation production and storage facility in Heinsberg

Panattoni Europe, the logistics real estate developer and investor, is commencing three new logistics project developments with a total space of more than 50,000 square metres in top sought-after commercial locations in Germany.

In the Bulwiengesa Germany Rankings, published today, Panattoni Europe is ranked as the second largest logistics property developer in the German market. The logistics real estate development and investment company which operates throughout Europe is on course for further growth, and during the period under review by the Bulwiengesa Study 2011-2015 completed more than 250,000 square metres of logistics space including new buildings in Germany.
