The Panattoni Park, with a total logistics space of 21,000 sqm, was built on a roughly 38,000 sqm plot in Durmersheim, south of Karlsruhe.

Panattoni Europe, the leading project developer for industrial and logistics premises in Europe, is once again working to construct facilities for the online retailer and alpine sports specialist Bergfreunde. The project developer will extend the existing premises with an additional 11,331m² of logistics space. This will include 9,927m² of storage space and 1,404m² of office space and social areas. Located at Peter-Schaufler-Strasse 16 in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen, the facility is well situated and enjoys a direct connection to the A81 autobahn.

According to current plans, the total rentable area of around 20,500m² will include approximately 18,500m² of logistics space, around 770m² of office and social spaces, and 40 vehicle parking spaces.

The new Panattoni Park Mannheim East is being introduced to the market. Located at Dr.-Albert-Reimann-Strasse 3, plans for the facility include three modern and spacious logistics halls certified to the gold standard of the German Sustainable Building Council (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen – DGNB).
