Panattoni Europe is to develop a modern logistics complex on a site of 24,000 square metres in the Überherrn industrial area.

Panattoni Europe is stepping up its involvement in brownfield investments. The developer has created within its European structures a new position to focus on environmental studies – that of Environmental Director Europe, taken up by Piotr Kociołek. He will be responsible for implementing the developer’s strategy on the remediation of contaminated land previously used for industrial purposes.

Just seven months after breaking ground, BLG LOGISTICS has commissioned the first construction phase of its new logistics center at the Port of Düsseldorf. The official handover from Panattoni Europe took place on April 1. The facility is currently receiving and handling its first full container trucks.

The construction work for the new logistics centre for the online specialist retailer Bergfreunde is progressing rapidly. Four months after the start of construction, Panattoni Europe is today celebrating the topping-out ceremony for the new facility together with Bergfreunde, the building contractor Goldbeck and the mayor of the town of Rottenburg, Stephan Neher. Panattoni Europe was yesterday celebrating the laying of the foundation stone for the new logistics centre of the international forwarding company F.W. Neukirch. In Oyten, near Bremen, the logistics real estate developer and investor is implementing a building complex with approximately 21,000 square metres of logistics space and 500 square metres of office area. The earthworks were commenced in early January and completion is scheduled for the summer of this year. The transaction was brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle.

Logistics real estate developer and investor Panattoni Europe is celebrating together with Jago AG and the building contractor Goldbeck the topping-out ceremony for the first construction phase of the e-commerce company's new logistics facility.
