Panattoni, the leading project developer for industrial and logistics facilities in Europe, has already managed to rent out all of the facility being developed in Essen harbour on a speculative basis prior to completion of building constructions. The future tenant is the online provider and retailer Euziel International GmbH, headquartered in Remscheid. Euziel will use the facility to store and tranship office and home furniture, pet supplies and other sports and outdoor products.

Panattoni, the leading project developer for industry and logistics premises in Europe, has announced positive results for the fiscal year 2020 despite the socio-political effects of the coronavirus pandemic. In Germany the developer was already handing over 14 complex projects to its customers. Some more to be completed until end of the year. Therefore creating a size of 300.000 square metres of building space in Germany. Already 21 new developments are brought on the way for 2021.
