Panattoni Nederland, part of Panattoni Europe, starts developing two ultra-modern logistics distribution centers in Venlo South

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, celebrates 15 years in business. Since its establishment in 2005, the company has delivered more than 10 million sqm. It is present in the most strategic countries for logistics and industry – Germany, the United Kingdom, where it is recognised as the most active developer, as well as the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and now also in the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed the development of Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. The 36,500-square-metre project was built within the city limits, in an investment area of Bydgoszcz.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed the construction of the 8,260-square-metre logistics centre for DSV Solutions in Skarbimierz. The BTS facility is dedicated to handling the logistics of two Mondelēz International production plants in the vicinity – a Chocolate factory and a Gum & Candy factory. The project was delivered at the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone, and logistics operations at the facility started two weeks early – at the end of April.

The developer’s record-breaking BTS facility for Amazon in Gliwice, with 210,000 sqm across four storeys, has been recognised as the Best Warehouse Development in Central and Eastern Europe in the fifth edition of the HOF Awards organised by the CIJ monthly.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has introduced a new façade standard at its parks. The new façade features predominantly aluminium and glass, with a new colour scheme and larger green areas. The innovative makeover is part of the company’s sustainable development approach, which includes reducing CO2 emissions, employee well-being, environmental stewardship, as well as BREEAM certification of newly built facilities with a VERY GOOD rating.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, with another project for DSV Solutions. The logistics operator will take up close to 12,000 sqm at A2 Warsaw Park – the largest warehousing/manufacturing complex in the Warsaw region. The tenant will move into the building next November, after being given early access in July. DSV Solutions will use the leased space to conduct logistics operations for the fashion industry.

Eelco Verweij joined the team of Panattoni Netherlands on 18 May as Director Technical Development. In his new role, Verweij is the coordinator of contacts with the public sector, contractors, architects, engineering and other technical consultancy companies. His focus area during the project development process is monitoring the technical feasibility study of acquisitions, the integration of projects into zoning plans, the realization of the design, engineering, planning, budget and supervision of the construction process.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, will build a dedicated facility for Weber, US manufacturer of grills and accessories. The 50,000-square-metre BTS (built-to-suit) facility will be developed in Zabrze, and the tenant will move in in August 2021.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, in a joint venture with DH Capital, finalised the development of Panattoni Appliance Park worth EUR 18 million. The 30,000-square-metre park was delivered at Europe’s largest logistics complex – Central European Logistics Hub.
